Problem
Like most insurance and health care related topics, flexible spending accounts’s can be very intimidating. The target audience for the eBook are regular employees that will have varying levels of familiarity with flexible spending accounts.
Solution
This eBook aims to simplify the information and present the most important aspects with overwhelming the client. This way they can get a general understanding of the source material and be better educated about FSA’s. Knowing that the target audience may have some background knowledge on FSA’s, important information was kept as precise as possible, while simple ideas were reduced to bullet points. This simplified text is combined with illustrations to keep the information interesting.
Design
The goal with the redesign of the Benepay Technologies website was to show a stronger focus on people rather than technology. With the majority of competitors focusing solely on the features of their platform, BPT stands out by focusing on the benefits of their product and how it can positively impact their prospective clients.
Character Set
This project features multiple vectors from CYC’s existing character set. They’ve been modified to work in this particular document. I modified these characters to produce a set that used the brand guideline’s colors.
