Project Overview / Contributions

I joined an existing team at ANSI and worked directly with the product owners to gather the requirements for designs. After creating designs, I reviewed them with the product team as well as the development team to build strategies for implementation. I learned the underlying CRM systems to better design around their limitations and suggest useful workflows based on how the business plans to use the product. While working on this project I have also assisted with HTML / CSS work and minor Angular component development. Learning the underlying structure improved my collaboration with the dev team, leading to more consistent output.

Problem

ANAB needed an application for their staff to manage upcoming projects, keep track of clients, and assign assessors to assessments. Previously this was done over a suite of applications that did not work together.

Solution

Through a continuous design and development cycle, Audeee was created to reimagine all of the daily tasks for ANAB staff. I worked with the product owners to understand and iterate design requirements and then worked closely with the dev team to make sure that the implementation matched the design. The result is a robust software suite that is still undergoing continuous design to add more functionality.

Assessors

The primary user group for Audeee are assessors. This platform aids in their daily work to audit organizations and ensure that they are following standards. To streamline this process, Audeee gives the assessors an easy way to track all of the projects assigned to them, assemble their audit teams, and check off milestones as the project progresses.

Client Contacts

Client Contacts are the organizations that hire ANAB to certify that they comply to specific standards. This process allows them to use the certification badges for standards and to create products in their fields. With Audeee, the client contacts are able to track the process of their audits and see when they have achieved certification.

Committee Member

In addition to assessors and client contacts, the system has functionality for committee members. These committee members are able to host their quarterly meetings, assemble teams that will review standardization programs, and vote on changes to standardization.
