Yesterday, Elm Company and Pure Boardshop sponsored a rebuild of Annapolis’ famed skatepark, Truxton. The rebuild started nice and early at 8:00am with Robbie from Pure flipping burgers and Chris Opilla of Elm wrenching on the ramps. With the gracious help of the Annapolis Parks Department and the local skateboarders, the park was rebuild in 11 hours and now looks even better than I remember it. The transition on the pyramid is perfect and it looks safe to skate again.
